Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and challenging sequence of poses that are meant for purification of the body and mind. Traditional Ashtanga uses the same sequence and series of poses in each of the six series. Ashtanga focuses on synchronizing breath with movement, developing one-pointed concentration, and cultivating strength with flexibility. This class will focus on the Primary series, or yoga chikitsa, which is regarded as yoga therapy for the physical body. It is a sequence of postures (asanas) each designed to prepare the body for the next posture. Modifications will be given for the more advanced poses. The physical body is cleansed and detoxified in this series.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a relaxing yoga class focusing on slow, soothing movements and gentle stretches. During this class you'll be introduced to a variety of gentle yoga postures that will encourage the release of built-up tension, enhance flexibility, and improve joint mobility. The deliberate pace allows for a deeper connection between your body and breath, promoting a sense of inner tranquility and self-awareness. This class is suitable and accessible for all levels.

Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions are perfect for those who experience pain in their back, neck, wrist, hip, or shoulder and are looking for a holistic approach to alleviate the pain and find inner peace. These sessions will be customized to your needs, incorporating specific postures to target and alleviate any pain you may be experiencing
