Intro to Ashtanga Yoga

This class introduces classical Ashtanga Yoga, a set sequence of postures designed to bring strength, flexibility, and endurance, in a beginner friendly way. This style of yoga purifies the body and calms the mind through breath and movement.

This class is ideal for anyone! Each posture is modified to meet your individual fitness level.


Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is our most popular class, perfect for all levels. This relaxing yoga class uses soothing stretches to encourage the release of built-up tension, enhance flexibility, and improve joint mobility. This class allows for a deeper connection between body and breath, promoting sense of inner peace.
